Shipping Policy

Prime Armature offers worldwide shipping on all products. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your orders arrive safely and on time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Custom-manufactured products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Express Courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS): 2–5 business days
  • Air Freight: 5–10 business days
  • Sea Freight: 15–30 business days (depending on destination port)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method. For bulk orders, please contact us for a customized shipping quote.

Tracking

All shipments include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

Defective or incorrect products may be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-manufactured armatures and stators (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to improper use or installation
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Return Process

  1. Contact us at primearmature.com/contact to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided in your RA confirmation.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
